How Technocure Prep Stations Work:

Technocure Prep Stations are designed to handle the complete process of vehicle preparation along with spot jobs and parts. With the incorporation of side and front curtains, sanding and basic material usage can be applied in one location thereby efficiently managing production time. Another function of the curtains is to allow efficient air movement over the surface of the vehicle by providing containment of air-flow within the prep station perimeter. The optional overhead plenum working with an Air Make-up Unit (AMU) controls the direction of fresh filtered air across the vehicle surface, during cooler seasons, the AMU's heat is turned on controlling the air temperature. Units are designed to meet national codes for limited painting. Local authorities may require that certain site conditions exist prior to approval.

Specifications:

Construction	18 gauge, galvanized steel panels, prefabricated.
Lighting	Bright full booth illumination is provided by 8, four tube,T-8 48"-32 watt fluorescent light fixtures in the ceiling panels. Each is sealed behind clear tempered safety glass. All fixtures are UL listed and approved for their intended use and placement. The light tubes are not furnished with the fixtures. (used only with optional Over Head-Plenum).
Filtration System	Optional Over-Head Plenum: Intake: *Filtrair FF-560 GX™ Diffusion Media* filters are located on the ceiling of the plenum. Exhaust side: Andreae pleated filter with 99.6% efficiency. All filters can be replaced simply. or 20" x 20" Fiberglass filters.
Fans	One 24 inch, precision balanced with spark resistant aluminum fan blades that can deliver up to 8,250 cu. ft. per minute each @ .5" Static Pressure, with low operating noise level. or One 18 inch, precision balanced with spark resistant aluminum fan blades that can deliver up to 8,250 cu. ft. per minute each @ .5" Static Pressure, with low operating noise level.
Fan Motors	One 2hp 208-230/480 volt, 3 phase, high efficiency, totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC). (optional single phase available). or One 1/2hp 208-230/480 volt, 3 phase, high efficiency, totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC). (optional single phase available).
Finish	"Porcelain like" Polyurethane and Polyester Premium White Powder Coating. or G90 Galvanized.
Air-Make-Up Unit	Direct gas-fired heater, 100% thermally efficient @ .65 mbtu. Enclosed in a weatherized cabinet of heavy duty, corrosion-resistant galvanized steel. Solid-state Maxitrol modulating temperature control with direct-spark ignition for fuel savings. Control panel for controlling fans & temperature included for sanding & painting. ASA Certified & UL, ETL, CSA, AGA listed.

Prep Stations comply with all NEC, OSHA and NFPA regulations.

All hardware, filters and sealants needed for installation are included. Some electrical components are to be supplied by others.
